Importing catalogs via the Portal
Catalog files can be imported manually through the Fanplayr web portal. This is suitable for occasional or one-off imports.
Step 1 — Choose a catalog
Click the View imports link next to the product catalog you wish to update.
Step 2 — Upload your catalog file
Click the Import Catalog button at the top of the screen, then upload your catalog file using the dialog that appears.
Step 3 — Review import status
The import operation typically takes less than 5 minutes to complete for catalogs with fewer than 100,000 products. Operation logs will be available after the import completes and can help identify and correct any errors encountered for individual products.
